According to Kaladze, the negotiations are very important for the Georgian party.
He has also emphasized that this is not the first year of the Georgian side having relations with Gazprom and the existing agreement is reviewed every year.
“Though in this case changing the agreement conditions is required – we would like to be paid some amount in return for the 10% volume… We have launched the negotiations long ago. Several meetings were held but no final agreement has been reached. For the recent two months we have heard many vague statements made by the so-called experts. If anybody wants to find out details I am ready to provide them with information,” Kaladze said.
As Kaladze maintains, the Ministry has made a statement on the meetings, not only the Russian and Azerbaijani media.
‘We will inform everyone once the agreement is reached,” he said adding the case refers to a new 1-year agreement with Gazprom.
