18:27 02-11-2017
Saakashvili files a complaint on not being provided refugee status Former President of Georgia, ex-Odessa Governor Mikheil Saakashvili has presented a lawsuit over the response of the Ukrainian State Migration Service.

As a reminder, the agency refused to provide former Georgian President with refugee’s status.

‘The Defense of Mikheil Saakashvili has appealed yesterday’s decision made by the State Migration Service,’ the statement on his facebook page reads.

Saakashvili himself assesses the resolution as ‘unlawful’ as it violates his rights to be provided with additional security to be protected from illegal extradition to Georgia.
