Police detain one person, N.K (DoB 1988) for disclosure of information on private life. As Internal Affairs Minister informs, an investigation was launched immediately after receiving information from a minor’s parent.

The investigation has revealed that the detainee, who is an adult male, systematically forced the juveniles to have intimate correspondence with him via social networking site FACEBOOK. In this way, the detainee inflicted the minors damaged as a result of unlawful disclosure of information regarding their private life/personal data.

Police have identified and detained the young man. The investigation is in progress under Article 157 and Article 150 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
