Lawyer of KazTransGas employee says she is not aware of charges against her client

Tamar Japaridze, lawyer of Tornike Tatishvili who was detained in connection with the Didi Dighomi explosion, says she is not aware of the charges against her client.

According to her, Tornike Tatishvili was arrested at the office and he has not yet testified.

“I have not talked to him yet. I am not aware of what are the charges against him”, she said. Two persons have been detained with regard to the explosion caused by natural gas leakage in the Didi Dighomi district of Tbilisi today.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the detainees are employees of the KazTransGas Company - V.M., born in 1957, and T.T., born in 1991.
