10 persons injured in road accident in Samegrelo region

Up to 10 persons were injured in a road accident in Abasha, Samegrelo region of western Georgia. Reportedly, a light vehicle and a micro bus crashed each other.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, an investigation has been launched under Article 276, Provision I of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving violations of traffic safety rules or rules for operating a motor car, street-car, trolley-bus, tractor or other mechanical transport by persons drivingthem that results in less serious bodily injury.
