Another independent member leaves TBC Bank Supervisory Board

Eric Rajendra has left the Supervisory Board of “TBC Bank”. According to the statement, released by the “TBC Bank” group, Eric Rajendra made the decision “due to his health condition.”

“The Supervisory Board of “TBC Bank” is concerned over the fact that Eric Rajendra can not continue his activities due to his health condition. We wish him a quick recovery,” Mamuka Khazaradze, co-founder of TBC Bank said.

Eric Rajdena was also a Chairperson of the Corporate Governance and Appointment Commission. He leaves this post, too.
