Salome Zurabishvili knows nothing about the life of the Georgian state and she has arrived in Georgia from France upon instruction from Washington, - Anatoly Bibilov, the de facto president of the occupied South Ossetia, said.
"I do not think she had a bad life in France and arrived in Georgia to help it. The decision was made in Washington to continue the line that is determined by Washington and Brussels," Bibilov said.
