Russian occupants release detained citizens of Georgia

Two Georgian citizens, who were detained by Russian occupants near the village of Nikozi in Gori municipality on April 23, have been released, the State Security Service of Georgia confirmed to InterPressNews.

The inhabitants of Nikozi village, Gabriel Melanashvili and Tamaz Mchedlidze, were detained by Russian so-called "border guards” near the occupation line for “illegal border crossing” on April 23.
