According to the statement of the de facto foreign ministry of occupied Abkhazia, the European Parliament does not want to focus on the violations of the rights of Abkhaz people by Georgia, - Sputnik Apkhazia reports.

"By turning a blind eye to this important humanitarian aspect, Georgia's European partners support the destructive course of international isolation of Abkhazia," reads the statement of the de-facto ministry.

The statement was made after the Secretary of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe commented on alarming cases on the occupied territories of Georgia.
