38% of NDI respondents criticize court’s performance

According to the survey of the National Democratic Institute (NDI), most of the respondents negatively assess the performance of the court. More specifically, the survey shows trends, according to which, the negative attitude towards the court has been increasing from April 2015.

According to the survey published in March 2018, 30% of respondents rated the court's performance “badly”, while today this figure is 38%.

The number of respondents who positively rated the court’s performance has also decreased from 14% to 12%.

The NDI survey results reflect data collected from March 28 to April 15, 2019, through face-to-face interviews with a nationwide representative sample of Georgia’s adult population (excluding occupied territories), including oversamples in Azeri and Armenian ethnic minority settlements. This included 2,927 completed interviews. The average margin of error was +/- 2.3 percent.
