A juvenile mother, who is charged with murdering her 7-month child in the village of Aghaiyani, has been sent to pre-trial custody.

This decision was announced by the Gori District Court several minutes ago.

The application of pre-trial detention against the detainee was demanded by the prosecutor and the defense also agreed with it.

The defendant does not plead guilty and used the right to silence at this stage.
