Two pilots and one passenger killed in helicopter crash in Kazbegi

All three people on board – two pilots and one passenger, who was the employee of “Rooms Hotel Kazbegi”, were killed in a helicopter crash in Kazbegi, Mtskheta-Mtianeti region of north-eastern Georgia, on Thursday.

InterPressNews was told by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia that an investigation has been launched under Paragraph VI, Article 275 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving violation of safety regulations or procedures for operating air way transport traffic that results in death of two or more persons.
