Today, we will make a decision and will extend the deadline to the Anaklia Consortium by the end of the current year to fulfill its obligations taken under the investment agreement, Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze said at the briefing held before the Cabinet meeting on Monday.

The Prime Minister also spoke about the meeting held between the representatives of the "SSA MARINE" and him and noted that it’s very important when the similar companies express their interest towards the Anaklia Port.

“I would like to tell you that we have had a very important and fruitful meeting with SSA MARINE in Seattle, which is one of the largest American company and is considered as an operator company of the Anaklia Port.

It’s too important when the similar companies express their interest towards the Anaklia Port,” the Prime Minister said.
