Citizens are rallying outside the Parliament’s building under the slogans : “Oligarch Kaddafi in prison,” “freedom is in our hands”, “Russified Gakharia, Eye Gouger.”

One of the demonstrators told IntePressNews that they are protecting against the decision of the lawmakers to hold parliamentary sittings in an ordinary mode.

“This protest is continuation of “Gavrilov’s night”. They gouged out young people’s eyes and today, our lawmakers are holding a sitting in the Parliament. We will hold permanent rallies to make Giorgi Gakharia [Interior Minister] to resign.

Demonstrators are playing trumpets and whistling in front of the Parliament.
