According to Irakli Okruashvili, leader of the Victorious Georgia party, the Tbilisi City Court refused to satisfy their demand regarding the seizure of Rustavi 2 shares.

According to him, the court’s decision was not unexpected.

He accused the court of selective justice, as it satisfied the identical request of Kibar Khalvashi.

“We did not expect any other thing. The City Court refused to seize the shares of Rustavi 2. The motive is funny for the lawyers. They told us we should have requested the seizure when filing a suit. We have not filed a suit, we have a 10-day term for this. The court is playing with us. They want us to request the seizure anew. Now we have two options: either to appeal against the decision or to request the seizure again. We will discuss this issue with lawyers”, Okruashvili said.
