Ombudsman urges Parliament to launch investigative commission if Prosecutor’s Office fails to provide  convincing information

Nino Lomjaria stated about it in the parliament, while presenting an annual report.

“Our report directly says that if the Prosecutor's Office and the General Prosecutor do not provide you with enough and convincing information about the ongoing investigation, I think we will not have other lever but the Parliament of Georgia to start discussing the launch of an investigative commission,” Nino Lomjaria said
