Two rallies to be held in Tbilisi today

Rallies will be held in front of the Parliament and Radisson Hotel in Tbilisi today.

Opposition and civil movement representatives are planning to gahter at 15:00 in front of the Parliament building. Their demand is: "Conduct of early parliamentary elections under an interim government and impartial election administration."

Supporters of the Alliance of Patriots also plan to hold a rally in front of the Radisson Hotel at 17:00. As Irma Inashvili, one of the leaders of the Alliance of Patriots, said, their main demand is that the Georgian Dream leave the government.

The opposition and civil society launched protests on Rustaveli Avenue after the Parliament voted down a bill on transition to a proportional electoral system.
