Several protesters were arrested outside the parliament. There is a tense situation next to the Parliament building, on Chitadze Street. Political leaders, including Giga Bokeria, Gigi Ugulava, Giorgi Kandelaki and Nika Melia, remain in front of the Parliament .

The riot police are trying to withdraw protesters from the roadway. Water cannons were used against the protesters.
