The Minister expressed concern over Russian-backed attack in Ukraine.

"Deeply concerned over reports of Russian-backed attack on Ukrainian strongholds near Zolote today. Military escalation undermine efforts towards peaceful settlement and ruin any progress in the process", he tweeted.
