President to address Parliament today

On March 14, President Salome Zurabishvili will address the deputies and the population from the tribune of the Parliament.

The plenary session of the Parliament, where the President will deliver a speech on the most important issues of the country, will start at 12:00.

Following the President's speech, the chairpersons of the factions and political groups will use the parliamentary tribune. There will be a total of seven speakers, each will have 10 minutes to make an address.

According to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, after the end of the speeches, the President is authorized to deliver a closing speech. The plenary session will then be closed.

It is not allowed to discuss other issues at the plenary session on the day of the President's speech.
