Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will meet with Dimitry Medoev, the de facto foreign minister of the occupied region of South Ossetia on November 12, - Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova said.

"On November 10-13, South Ossetian Foreign Minister will be in Moscow on a working visit. On November 12, he will hold talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The sides will discuss the basic issues of bilateral relations, "Maria Zakharova said.
