Ukraine, like Georgia, uses state terror, - the de facto president of the occupied region of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov said.

Bibilov is participating in the inauguration of de-facto leaders of the People's Republics of Lugansk and Donetsk.

According to him, "South Ossetia" will strengthen cooperation with the People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk in all directions.

"Sadly, a tragedy happened. Alexander Zakharchenko is no longer with us. There was a cynical terrorism. Ukraine, like Georgia, uses state terror. We saw the result of this in Donetsk," Bibilov said.
