Clashes occur between Nika Melia and law enforcers in Kakheti

Clashes have occurred between Nika Melia, leader of the National Movement and law enforcers in village Velistsikhe, Kekheti region.

The opposition's convoy, which was moving towards Telavi, was hampered due to the road being closed by buses. Police do not let them go to Telavi.

According to representatives of the United Opposition, they will reach Telavi in any way.

"We will try to get through the buses. Can anyone explain why the roads are closed by buses? Does the convoy hamper anybody? We will reach Telavi," Zaal Udumashvili said.
