Irakli Kobakhidze: Salome Zurabishvili has no moral right to meet Giorgi Kalandarishvili, nor does she have the moral right to speak about the elections – her only goal is sabotage, to somehow create a danger for the elections, but she will not achieve this

Everyone can clearly see that Salome Zurabishvili's only goal is sabotage, the only goal is to somehow create a danger, a problem for the elections. Of course, she will not achieve this, - this is how Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze responded to the meeting organized by the President today, which is dedicated to discussing the issue of maximum involvement of the diaspora in the elections.

In addition, as the Prime Minister pointed out, Salome Zurabishvili has no moral right to meet CEC Chairman Giorgi Kalandarishvili, nor does she have the moral right to speak about the elections.

"Salome Zurabishvili has no moral right to meet CEC chairman Giorgi Kalandarishvili. You remember that despite the decision of the commission, she did not present Kalandarishvili as a candidate for the chairmanship of the CEC, because Khabeishvili, Samadashvili, Vashadze and others did not support Kalandarishvili. Accordingly, Zurabishvili has no moral right to meet Kalandarishvili, and secondly, she has no moral right to talk about the elections at all, because she directly supported the deadlock in the Central Election Commission with her veto. Everyone can clearly see that Salome Zurabishvili's only goal is sabotage, the only goal is to somehow create a danger, a problem for the elections. Of course, Salome Zurabishvili will not be able to achieve this, and these speculations, which she joined in connection with this emigration, are a speculative campaign of the collective National Movement. This also shows once again that Salome Zurabishvili's only goal and self-goal is to cast a shadow on the elections, which she will not achieve," said Kobakhidze.
