According to her, when there is no mutual interest in work, many gaps appear, which, according to Zurabishvili, should be eliminated now.

"Making it easier for the diaspora to vote is an issue that enjoys a lot of interest in the community, not only among citizens in the diaspora, but also in the community here, because practically every family has someone who has gone and lives abroad. We had meetings about this - 2 meetings were held via Skype with representatives of the diaspora and we will continue this. We need to consider what the situation is around this. First of all, consular registration is carried out in the consulates, which is a precondition for the request to open a polling station, the information about the opening of these polling stations must be transmitted from the consulates to the foreign countries, and the foreign countries must transfer it to the CEC. This is the first stage, also the Foreign Ministry is responsible for conducting the election and registration campaign and placing this campaign on the websites of the embassies. We looked into it and nothing has been done in this regard yet”, she said.

According to her, when there is no joint desire to work, then there can always be "ping-pong".

"It's not my fault, I'm not involved in this, it's their responsibility" - we already hear this today, so while there is time, it should be corrected, and the purpose of these meetings is to correct all the errors as much as possible", said the President.
