De-facto Tskhinvali closes so-called “border with Georgia” due to “swine flu” fears

De-facto security service of occupied South Ossetia/Tskhinvali region has announced its decision to close so-called “border with Georgia” due to the “swine flu” fears.

“The security council of South Ossetia held an emergency sitting on the mentioned issue. In order to avoid spreading the flu virus, the work of border checkpoints with Georgia will be suspended from 8:00pm on January 11,” the de-facto security service has said.

Earlier today, the de-facto government of occupied Abkhazia quarantined so-called “border” with Georgia due to the same reason.
