Giorgi Gasviani says the video sent to him was downloaded from a pornographic website. He provided this information to the investigator, - said Kakha Khvistani, lawyer of singer Giorgi Gasviani, who was detained in connection with the secret video footage.

According to him, Gasviani received the video via the social network and he watched only part of it.

According to the lawyer, Gasviani said he could not identify the persons shown in the video and he though the video was not authentic.

“He received it via Facebook’s messenger. He has not downloaded or released it. Are they going to arrest all who saw the video?, the lawyer said.
