President Salome Zourabichvili assessed her visit to the Sciences Po university as “very emotional”.

"47 years have passed since I studied here. Also, I have been teaching at Sciences Po for 9 years; therefore, this place is a part of my life. This is a very emotional day for as I returned here and addressed the audience, as the President of Georgia.

In my address, I tried to tell the students about my hope for Georgia. We are all aware of the challenges and problems we face, but there is a hope and a way forward. I wanted to highlight exactly this way forward.

I am glad to see Georgian students, Georgian young women, future presidents at this university," President Zourabichvili said after delivering a public lecture at Sciences Po.
