According to the United Nations coordinator Louisa Vinton, the TBC Bank case will be a test for the Georgian judiciary system, as well as for Georgia's business environment.

"We are concerned about this situation. I cannot substantially comment on this issue, but I must say that it will be a test for the Georgian judiciary system and the Georgian business environment as well. We expect that the process will be transparent and reliable. This is important, as Georgians have diligently worked to create such a business environment," - said Louisa Vinton.
