Irakli Gharibashvili, former Prime Minister of Georgia, is returning to politics. Gharibashvili will replace Gia Volski as the Political Secretary of Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia.

As Kakha Kaladze, Secretary General of the party, declared at the briefing a few minutes ago, the relevant decision was made by the political board at today’s session.

In addition, a new position of Secretary of Relations with Political Parties has been introduced, which will be occupied by Gia Volski.

"Irakli Gharibashvili's return as a Political Secretary will significantly contribute to the strengthening of the party," Kakha Kaladze said.
