The examination of the dead body of Irakli Kvaratskhelia, who died in occupied Gali, has been carried out at Samkharauli National Bureau. According to expert Irakli Toidze, the corpse has injuries on his neck.

“There are rope traces. There are not more damages actually. After further studies, some things will be established. There are the slightest marks of a rope on his neck. Laboratory studies will be carried out to find out whether these injuries were inflicted in life or after death,” the expert said.

According to the information of released by the State Security Service of Georgia, the body of Irakli Kvaratskhelia, who died in the Gali district, was transferred to Georgian controlled territory yesterday evening.
