Locals can move freely to Khurvaleti village

Police are mobilized at the entrance of the village of Khurvaleti, where a Georgian police checkpoint is located. As activist of anti-occupation movement David Katsarava told InterPressNews, he suggests that representatives of the law enforcement agencies will not keep their promise to allow anti-occupation movement activists to enter Khurvaleti village at 12:00 am.

Locals can move freely to Khurvaleti village, however, they have to undergo control at the Police Checkpoint.

Several anti-occupation activists spent last night near village Khurvaleti. “Russians entered the Georgian controlled territory. After a few hours, when negotiations were held and the pressure was put on the Russian side, the occupants had to leave. We decided to become eyewitnesses of this situation, it was our main demand, " David Katsarava told IPN.
