Welcome ceremony in honor of Cyprus’s President held at State Ceremonies Palace in Tbilisi

The official welcome ceremony in honor of the President of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades was held at the State Ceremonies Palace in Tbilisi.

The Presidents of Georgia and Cyprus will hold the face to face meetings in the extended format, they will make joint statements for the media and participate in signing ceremony on bilateral documents.

Meetings with Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze and Chairman of Parliament Irakli Kobakhidze are also scheduled for today.

Within the frameworks of the official visit, the President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades and his spouse Andri Anastasiades will meet Catholicos Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II.

The Georgia-Cyprus business forum is also scheduled to take place and the Presidents of the two countries, along with business representatives, will attend it.
