Interior Minister to replace Mamuka Bakahtadze as PM

The ruling team has made a final decision about the Cabinet reshuffle. According to the information, obtained by InterPressNews, Interior Minister Giorgi Gakharia will become a new Prime Minister, replacing Mamuka Bakthadze.

According to the same source, Irakli Gharibashvili, who served as the Internal Affairs Minister in 2012-2013 and as the Prime Minister in 2013-2015, will be appointed as the Internal Affairs Minister of Georgia.
