Chechnya leader Kadyrov says his country ready to receive ISIS terrorists returned from Syria

Ramzan Kadyrov, leader of Chechnya, says his country is ready to let the ISIS terrorists, who fought in Syria, to returne back.

“We will receive them with pleasure. But we have not decided yet whether we will give them theater tickets or the places in the cemetery,” – Kadirov told local TV station.

Kadyrov also underlined that Chechnya can provide security for the country and Russian troops can "restore order" in Syria.
