A meeting of the Holy Synod was held at the Patriarchate on October 31, where a decision was made to mediate with the Presidnet on the release of Archpriest Giorgi Mamaladze.

The Administration of the President of Georgia says they have not resumed consideration of pardon cases. The Administration denied reports, according to which the President may pardon the convicted Archpriest on November 23.
