Former Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili says he is not going to be a majoritarian candidate.
As Margvelashvili told reporters after the meeting between opposition leaders, he wants to contribute to global processes.
“I do not see myself as a majoritarian candidate, but I will really try to add something to the political process. I do not yet know under what status and in what form I will do that, but my goal is to create a multi-party democracy in Georgia.
I want to engage in a more global process, as being a majoritarian candidate means that I would be locked in one district,” Margvelashvili said.
