We have signed two agreements on two topics and both agreements are being fully implemented, - Irakli Kobakhidze, former speaker of parliament, told reporters.

According to him, the opposition’s boycott will probably not be expanded to constitutional voting.

"When it comes to the boycott, it is their political right and they can exercise their political rights, we will naturally not interfere.

I think the boycott will not be expanded to the voting on the constitutional draft law. We have a principled agreement on the electoral system and it is the responsibility of each of us to fulfill the agreement. Naturally, this cannot be accomplished by boycott," Irakli Kobakhidze said.
