PM pledges GEL 300 million assistance to about 200,000 farmers
According to Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, farmers should apply to the subdivisions of the Ministry of Agriculture for help from May 20.
As Gakharia said at the presentation of the agriculture development plan, the assistance will cover about 200,000 farmers and the total budget of it will be GEL 300 million.
"Farmers will be able to apply to the relevant subdivisions of the Ministry of Agriculture from May 20. This is very important. The assistance will cover about 200,000 farmers and the total budget of the assistance will be GEL 300 million,” Gakharia said.
