Tennis player Nikoloz Basilashvili released on bail

Tennis Player Nikoloz Basilashvili, who stands charged with the abuse of his former wife, has been released on bail.

In particular, Tbilisi City Court released the accused on 100 000 usd bail.

According to the sportsman's lawyer, the defendant denies charges.

Nikiloz Basilashvili was arrested on May 22, after he abused his former wife following an argument with her on May 21.
