Tamar Gvamichava, nominated by President, appointed as non-judicial member of High Council of Justice

Tamar Gvamichava, a candidate nominated by the President, has been appointed a non-judicial member of the High Council of Justice. The President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili has already issued an order on her appointment.

Tamar Gvamichava replaced Ana Dolidze as a non-judicial member of the High Council of Justice, who resigned on June 22.

According to the law, Tamar Gvamichava will work as a non-judge member of the Council for a 4-year term.

Ana Dolidze resigned before the expiration of her 4-year term. Her candidate had been nominated by President Giorgi Margvelashvili.
