One of the leaders of European Georgia, Sergi Kapanadze, says that the opposition parties will have specific tools against Bidzina Ivanishvili's violent tools in the elections.

"Today, the opposition, about 30 opposition parties, will sign a declaration on the protection of each other's votes during the elections. This is a very important step, because Ivanishvili will try to use violence, he will try to rig elections, he will try to use different types of violence and intimidation tools, and it is very important to exchange our positions. We will have concrete tools to resist such attempts. It will be the cooperation of our representatives in the polling stations, cooperation of commission members, rapid exchange of information and joint forms of response. We will agree on all this today,” said Sergi Kapanadze.

According to him, the opposition parties are cooperating for one goal - to defeat Bidzina Ivanishvili in the elections.

"Today we will reaffirm that the propaganda of the government that the opposition parties are unable to cooperate with each other is simply wrong. We are cooperating for the very purpose of defeating Ivanishvili in this election," Sergi Kapanadze said.
