According to party member Giorgi Baramidze, there is confirmed information that the Patriots Alliance is funded by the Russian Federation.

Giorgi Baramidze spoke about the issue at a briefing today.

"Documented information has been spread these days that the Patriots Alliance is funded by the Kremlin. We knew very well about the activities of this organization. They are directly related to the occupier state and represent their soft power in Georgia. They pursue Kremlin policies. We now have specific information on their funding. 8 million 430 thousand dollars of funding have been reported.

The United National Movement demands that the government remove this anti-state and Kremlin-run organization from the electoral process and withdraw from the parliamentary elections. I am sure that this initiative will be supported by all normal political unions or individual citizens, because we are talking about the national security of the country", - stated Giorgi Baramidze.
