By the decision of the Interagency Coordination Council, January 3 - January 15 is a holiday period across the country:

Vacation / holidays are announced; All restrictions imposed from 28 November to 24 December shall be reinstated; All public or private institution terminate work, except for banks and facilities and services of strategic importance.
