According to the court's interim ruling, the Ministry of Health and the State Care Agency were ordered to transfer children with disabilities living in the Ninotsminda boarding school to another state care facility.
In particular, as the interim ruling reads, the Tbilisi City Court partially upheld the Partnership for Human Rights motion.
According to the interim ruling, the Ministry of Health of Georgia and the State Care Agency have been instructed to immediately, without any interruption, provide transfer for children with disabilities enrolled in the Ninotsminda boarding school to another state-run facility.
"The applicant should be given a period of 10 days to file a lawsuit, and it should be clarified that in case the lawsuit is not filed within the deadline, the court will issue a decision to revoke the temporary ruling", - the interim ruling reads.
For information, according to the non-governmental organization "Partnership for Human Rights", the Tbilisi City Court approved their request for immediate removal of children from the Ninotsminda orphanage.
