Carl Hartzell hopes there will be one document agreed on amnesty law

EU Ambassador to Georgia Carl Hartzell hopes there will be one document agreed on amnesty law, which is an important commitment under the April 19 agreement.

Ambassador Hartzell also noted that he's positive about the electoral reform, as the conclusion of the Venice Commission and ODIHR in relation to the bill will be released soon and can be a good basis for it. As for judicial reform, Hartzell hoped that the same spirit will be shared in this case as well.
