Georgia to cover expenses of transfer of Shanae Brooke’s body to Australia

The state will cover the expenses of the transfer of the Australian citizen, Shanae Brooke Edwards, who died in Tbilisi, to Australia. The relevant decree has already been signed by Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili.

Shanae Brooke Edwards was found murdered in Tbilisi on July 31.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has arrested one person for the premeditated murder of an Australian citizen.
