First Vice-Speaker of Parliament Gia Volski does not rule out postponing the hearing of the President in the format of the plenary session on March 5.

"The date of the President's speech in the Parliament may be postponed. The issue is under discussion. I have not been able to participate in these discussions personally, but we will know about it in the near future. I do not know if there will be a speech - we will decide. If there is a precondition for making other decision, we should discuss this issue - everything is possible, I do not know, we will see," said Gia Volski.
