According to Mamuka Khazaradze, the leader of "Lelo", with the genuine support of the Georgian people towards Ukraine, as a result of strong protests by citizens and especially young people, the government is submitting an application for Georgia's membership in the European Union.

"I welcome this step! The protest must continue in order to carry out relevant reforms in the country! We must do everything to prevent the application from remaining just as application!" Khazaradze wrote on Facebook.
