For many years, due to its diverse infrastructure and proximity to the city, the Gudauri ski resort has been actively developing residential complexes, to which the market has reacted accordingly and absorbed the supply quite effectively. The prices of residential apartments are in line with the development and are characterized by a steady upward trend. These factors are becoming a source of additional interest for developers, although they are looking for the lands on which a development plan has been approved and are ready for development.
Plots of this type of lands were put on the market a few weeks ago and will be sold under the exclusive mandate of Colliers. Vacant land plots are situated in the central part of Gudauri ski resort and are totalling 5,364 sq. m. According to its functional purpose, the land is divided into two parts. Based on predetermined technical characteristics, the area will be constructed on an approved master plan of development - the main part will be a closed residential settlement and a smaller part - chalet type villas.
Location is another competitive advantage of the plots. The land plots are situated in the central part of Gudauri ski resort, in proximity to the highway, close to the 1st slope and access to the cableway by skis is quite convenient. The area is surrounded by a cluster of hotels and residential complexes.
Acceptance of offers for vacant plots has already started and the negotiation process will be led by Colliers’ investment advisory team under the exclusive mandate.
